This oil on panel is my most recent dog portrait. This guy was sweet and handsome. I really enjoyed painting him. Lots of little brushes with little hairs to paint all the fur. FUN!

The dogs above, oil on canvas (16 X 20), are all members of the same family. Rescued to a wonderful home, they are all adorable!

Recent Oil Portrait

It was my honor to paint a portrait of my dear friend, Jeff (also an artist). Though about 25 years overdue, I finally delivered! It sure was a lot of fun painting someone I know even though it made me a little nervous. My hope is that he liked it enough not to hang it in the garage or bring it out only when I visit. Oil on prepared panel. 20 X 24.

Stickler for Details
